וְעַתָּ֣ה אֲדֹנִ֗י חַי־יְהוָ֤ה וְחֵֽי־נַפְשְׁךָ֙ אֲשֶׁ֨ר מְנָעֲךָ֤ יְהוָה֙ מִבּ֣וֹא בְדָמִ֔ים וְהוֹשֵׁ֥עַ יָדְךָ֖ לָ֑ךְ וְעַתָּ֗ה יִֽהְי֤וּ כְנָבָל֙ אֹיְבֶ֔יךָ וְהַֽמְבַקְשִׁ֥ים אֶל־אֲדֹנִ֖י רָעָֽה׃
Otóż panie mój, żyw Wiekuisty i żywa dusza twoja, którego powstrzymał Wiekuisty, abyś nie dopuścił się rozlewu krwi, i aby ci dopomogła własna ręka twoja, otóż niechajby do Nabala podobni byli wrogowie twoi i wszyscy pragnący krzywdy pana mojego.
